C#/ASP.net Ecommerce

From 2015–2020 I managed Mercer’s C#/ASP.NET sales portal—publishing content, building email campaigns in Marketo, and A/B testing layouts to reduce friction and improve purchasing.

My role & impact

  • Site operations: Daily publishing, page updates, and content QA across the portal.
  • Three major redesigns: Planned and executed multiple UI refreshes—audited templates, coordinated assets, and validated layouts before release.
  • A/B testing & CRO: Tested headlines, CTAs, layouts, and forms to improve discovery and reduce friction in purchase flows.
  • Email & campaign support: Built responsive email templates and campaign pages; aligned messaging and tracking between email and on-site experiences.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Worked with devs, designers, and marketers to prioritize work, triage issues, and keep releases moving.

What I built

  • Landing pages: Reusable components for product launches, promotions, and gated content.
  • Responsive emails: Modular templates (HTML/CSS) that rendered cleanly across clients and devices.
  • Form & analytics hooks: Event tracking and goal funnels to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Accessibility & performance touches: Semantic structure, alt text, and lighter assets for faster loads.
